The Qwerty Ink Platform is made available by QWERTY INK LLP (“Company”, “QWERTY”, “our”, “us”), having its registered office at 906, Lodha Supremus, Tulsi Pipe road, Parel-400013, Mumbai, MH, India. In order to provide you with our Services and the QWERTY Platform, we need to collect certain information about you. The manner in which we collect, share and store the information collected from you is recorded in this User Privacy Policy (“Policy”). This Policy references and incorporates by reference the Terms of Use, available at: Terms and Conditions. Capitalized terms used in this Policy but not defined herein shall have the same meaning as have been provided in the Terms of Use and Cookie Policy. We urge and strongly recommend you to go through these Terms before you use the QWERTY Platform.

You have authorized us to control and process your data as provided by you for the use of the QWERTY Platform, Goods or Services.
We strongly believe in protecting the privacy of children. Any use or access of the Services by anyone under 13 years of age is prohibited. In addition to the same, you understand that certain regions and Content may have additional requirements and/or restrictions. In line with this belief, we do not knowingly collect or maintain User Data on our QWERTY Platform from persons under 13 years of age, and no part of the QWERTY Platform is directed to persons under 13 years of age. If you are under 13 years of age, then please do not use or access the QWERTY Platform at any time or in any manner. We will take appropriate steps to delete any User Data of persons less than 13 years of age that has been collected without verified parental consent upon learning of the existence of such User Data.
We may occasionally update this Policy. Use of our Services after an update constitutes consent to the updated Policy to the extent permitted by law. 1. What data/information do we collect from you?
We collect various information and data sets (“User Data”) from you over the course of your usage of the QWERTY Platform. Some of the User Data so collected may be classifiable as personal information and sensitive personal information. The User Data we collect mean and include the following:

1.1. Any data you provide to us while creating the User Account will be stored by us. This includes your name, photograph, email address, age, country, Date of Birth, Phone number and any other data that you input onto the User Account. In the event that you link your SNS Account with the User Account, then any publicly available data and credentials provided on the SNS Account shall be collected by us;
1.2. We collect and store any information not being User Account Information that you provide on the QWERTY Platform. This means and includes any feedback, comments, complaints etc. you upload onto the QWERTY Platform or share with us via email or over call which may be recorded by us. If you participate in any contests, surveys, public forums, or fill any forms on or regarding the QWERTY Platform, then we may store the information you provide as part of the participation. If you call our helpline number, then we may record the call as well;
1.3. When you come to the QWERTY Platform, we may track, collect, and aggregate information indicating, among other things, which pages and portions of the QWERTY Platform were visited, the order in which they were visited, when they were visited, and which hyperlinks were clicked. We also collect information from the URLs from which you linked to our Site. Collecting such information may involve logging the IP address, operating system and browser software used by you. We may be able to determine from an IP address a user’s Internet Service Provider and the geographic location of his or her point of connectivity. We also use (or may use) cookies and web beacons when you visit the QWERTY Platform;
1.4. We collect transaction information related to the use of our Services, including the type of Services requested, Products ordered, date and time the Service/Good was provided, amount paid, and payment method. Additionally, if someone uses your promotion code, we may associate your name with that person and their usage of the QWERTY Platform;

1.5. We may also be working closely with third parties (like business partners, technical sub-contractors, analytics providers, search information providers) and may receive information about you from such sources. Such data may be shared and combined with data collected on the QWERTY Platform;
1.6. We also collect information using ‘cookies’, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to understand how you navigate through the QWERTY Platform to learn your preferences. Cookies are small text files that web servers place on your device; they are designed to store basic information and to help websites and apps recognize your browser. We may use both session cookies and persistent cookies. A session cookie disappears after you close your browser. A persistent cookie remains after you close your browser and may be accessed every time you use the QWERTY Platform;
1.7. Additionally, subject to and in compliance with the relevant law(s), we may process sensitive and personal data collected from you outside the territorial borders of India. We shall store the sensitive and personal data and any critical personal data (as notified by the appropriate governmental authorities) collected on our servers in compliance with the relevant law(s).
1.8. Information from Other Sources: We might receive information about you from other sources, such as updated delivery and address information from our carriers, which we use to correct our records and deliver your next purchase more easily.
2. How is the collected information and data used?
Your data will be used for the provision of the Services, upscaling the QWERTY Platform, and enabling new features. We have detailed the manner in which we use the User Data below:

2.1. We need to use the User Data to make the Services and QWERTY Platform available to you. We use the User Data to:
2.1.1. Create and update User Accounts;
2.1.2. Enable Services;
2.1.3. Facilitate payments;
2.1.4. Offer, process, or facilitate payments for our Services;
2.1.5. Track and share the progress of courses and video players;
2.1.6. Enable features that allow you to share information with other people, such as your feedback About the Platform Educators, the Course Content etc.;
2.1.7. Perform internal operations necessary to provide our Services, including to troubleshoot software bugs and operational problems; to conduct data analysis, testing, and research; and to monitor and analyze usage and activity trends; and
2.1.8. Provide customer support, including to resolve your concerns from the use of the Services, and train our customer service executives.

2.2. We may use the User Data so collected for research, analysis, and product development to improve the QWERTY Platform interface and experience – all of which will ultimately improve how you experience the QWERTY Platform. This also helps us develop automated actions to be triggered in certain events, such as when we need to detect fraud, account termination etc.
2.3. We use the User Data to interact with you, including sending you notifications, emails etc.
2.4. We may use the User Data we collect to market the QWERTY Platform and our Services. This includes sharing your feedback, ratings, screen names and photograph (if any) for purely promotional and marketing purposes. Such promotion and marketing may be done via hoardings, banners, pamphlets etc.

2.5. We may use the User Data so collected to develop automated decision-making capabilities. Such capabilities help us scale up the QWERTY Platform and improve Services.
2.6. We may use the User Data we collect to investigate claims or disputes relating to use of our Services, or as otherwise allowed by the relevant law, or as requested by regulators, government entities, and official inquiries.
3. Do we share your User Data, if so with whom?
Yes, we share the User Data you provide to us. This is shared with our service providers to enable the provision of Services to you. The manner in which we share the data is detailed below:

3.1. You and other users of the QWERTY Platform will be able to see basic information about each other. This includes name, photographs, age and other publicly visible User Data posted by you on the User Account. Your ratings, comments and feedback will be shared with the Platform. Further, if you wish, you can choose to make your account private whereby all information shall be hidden by the Platform to the other users, although the Platform will still be able to see your information.
3.2. We will share your User Data with the following third parties:
3.2.1. Service Providers: We use various service providers, vendors and contractors (“Contractors”) to assist us in providing our Services to you. Our Contractors may have limited access to your User Data in the course of providing their products or services to us, so that we in turn can provide our Services to you. These Contractors may include vendors and suppliers that provide us with technology, services, and/or content related to the operation and maintenance of the QWERTY Platform or the Services. Access to your User Data by these Contractors is limited to the information reasonably necessary for the Contractor to perform its limited function for us.

3.2.2. Subsidiaries, Affiliates and Holding Companies: We share data with our subsidiaries and affiliates to help us provide our services or conduct data processing on our behalf.

3.2.3. Change in Control: While negotiating or in relation to a change of corporate control such as a restructuring, merger or sale of our assets, we may have to disclose our databases and information we have stored in our course of operations.

3.2.4. Third Party Services: The QWERTY Platform may allow you to connect with other websites, products, or services that we do not have control over. However, usage of such third-party services is subject to their privacy policies and not within our control. We recommend that you have a look at their privacy policies before agreeing to use their services.
3.3. If any governmental authority or law enforcement officers requests or requires any information, we think disclosure of the same is required in order to comply with any law(s), regulation(s), or a legal process.
4. What is our data retention practice?
We keep your User Data for no longer than necessary for the purposes for which the data is collected and processed. The length of time for which we retain your data depends on the purposes for which we collect and use it, as required for complying with any relevant law and/or to establish, exercise, or defend our legal rights. You should be cognizant of the fact that multiple legal grounds for retaining the User Data can exist.
5. What are your rights when it comes to your data?
We want you to be in charge of your data. You have the following rights under law regarding our storage, processing and retention of your personal data:

If any personal data provided by you is inaccurate, incomplete or outdated then you shall have the right to provide us with the accurate, complete and up to date data and have us rectify such data at our end immediately. Please ensure that you always provide us with accurate and correct information/data to ensure your use of our Services is uninterrupted.
5.2. You have the right to require us to restrict the usage of data when the use of such information may be illegal or inaccurate.
5.3. You have the right to obtain a confirmation from us as to whether your personal data is being processed, and request that we provide you with a copy of any personal data which we hold about you. We try to answer every email promptly where possible and provide our response within the time period stated by the relevant law.
5.4. You have the right to demand us to erase your personal data without undue delay and we will do so without undue delay, provided that the data is no longer required by us, as provided under Clause d above.

5.5. You have the right to be provided with a copy of the information we have on you in a structured, machine-readable and commonly used format.

5.6. You may opt out of receiving promotional emails from us by writing to us. You may also opt out of receiving emails and other messages from us by following the unsubscribe instructions in those messages. However, even if you have opted out of receiving information from us, we will still send non-promotional communications to you.
Keep in mind that there will be residual information that will remain within our databases, access logs, and other records, which may or may not contain your personal data. Please also note that certain personal data shall have to be retained in certain circumstances, which may include our need to keep processing your personal data for complying with a legal obligation. When you email us with a request, we may ask that you provide us with information necessary to confirm your identity.
6. What is our data security practice?
We consider the confidentiality and security of your information to be of the utmost importance. We will use industry standard physical, technical, and administrative security measures, as required under law, to keep your User Data confidential and secure, and will not share it with third parties, except as otherwise provided in this Policy, or unless such disclosure is necessary in special cases, such as a physical threat to you or others, as permitted under law. Because the Internet is not a 100% secure environment, we cannot guarantee the security of your User Data, and there is some risk that an unauthorized third party may find a way to circumvent our security systems or that transmission of your information over the Internet will be intercepted. It is your responsibility to protect the security of your login information. Please note that email communications are typically not encrypted and should not be considered secure.

We may from time to time send you Service related announcements when we consider it necessary to do so (such as when we temporarily suspend the QWERTY Platform for maintenance, security, privacy, or administrative related communications).
